Railwaytown Public School will hold its fete on Thursday afternoon in the school grounds.

The fete, which runs from 4.30pm to 7pm, will have stalls, games, crafts, merry-go-rounds, jumping castles, donuts and toffee apples.

Cakes and sweets will be available for sale as well as plants and books, hot food, coffee, a barbecue, show bags, lucky dips, tattoos and raffle tickets.

A singing star competition will be open to any karaoke enthusiasts, and the Tankakali Dancers, BIU Band, along with a choir and guitarists, will keep the crowd entertained.

Everyone is invited to "come along and join the fun," said one of the organisers, Michelle Pearce.

Mrs Pearce said the Railwaytown Public School P and C Fete Committee hoped to attract a large crowd because it was one of the school's biggest fundraisers of the year.

One of the big attractions are the raffles where winners will get to pick their prize from a table of prizes.
The raffles will be drawn at 6pm.
