Club Legion and The Musicians' Club are joining forces to help the victims of the Queensland floods.

Club Legion's manager, Ann Rogers, and The Musicians' Club's Laurie White will co-host a charity event dubbed the 'Queensland Flood Victims Charity Night.'

There has been a surge of support, and Ms Rogers said local artists were getting behind the event and donating works.

The night will be held at Club Legion on January 28 at 6:30pm.

"I've done a lot of charity shows and the support you get is just amazing." said Ms White, who will also be hosting an auction.

Ms Rogers said the evening will feature bands including GT and The Falcons, who have recently returned from shows in Tamworth.

Raffles will also be conducted, and all the proceeds from the night will be sent to the Premiers' Disaster Relief Appeal.

Ms Rogers said one dollar from each meal sold would also go to the fund.

The dinner will also have a theme, 'Big Mama's Favourites'.

"It's all the old food from yesteryear," Ms Rogers said.

She said any monetary donations can be made by contacting her at Club Legion on 8087 4064, and other clubs were also supporting the night.
