Police are seeking the public's help to identity those responsible for malicious damage to a motor vehicle over Monday night.

A Holden Commodore was parked in Williams Street from 4.30pm Monday to 8am yesterday, when it was found with a smashed rear window and damage to the corner of the windscreen.

Police believe that some members of the community might be able to assist with their inquiries.

 



Intruders forced entry to a Morish Street house between 8am and 6pm on Monday.

 

Police said yesterday that a locked door had been forced open and those responsible had then searched each of the rooms.

Inquiries are still continuing as to exactly what was stolen, however police are confident that they will be able to identify those responsible.
