CLEAN OUT: North’s Jackson Ruddock, Ben Victory and Lachlan Tiziani get to work clearing out the club’s storage shed in preparation for the garage sale.

The Bulldogs are cleaning out their kennel with a garage sale, and they’re hoping for a little help from their supporters.

North will be holding the garage sale on March 31 before the Lightning Cup, with a variety of memorabilia and items up for grabs.

The club is also hoping for donations of items which can be sold to help raise money for its junior football program.

The clubrooms will be open from 4pm this Friday 23/3 for anyone wishing to donate items to be sold.

Those that are unable to drop off their goods can call club president Ben Victory (0429123312) or vice president Justin Hoskins (0448860427) to arrange to have items picked up.

“It can be a donation of any item that can be sold to help the club,” said vice president, Justin Hoskins.

“A lot of people have probably got a few spare items laying around, and whether it’s big or small if they no longer have a use for it they can donate it to help junior sport in the city.”

“We are also organising a barbecue, face painting and will have drinks available so we can get as many people around on the day as possible.”

The garage sale will also provide the club with the opportunity to unveil its major fundraiser for the year - a raffle for a Quintrex 300 boat complete with Yamaha motor.

Anyone who makes a donation or buys an item at the garage sale will receive a free ticket in the major raffle.

Tickets in the raffle will be sold throughout the year, before a draw is held at the end of the season.
