Young Guns fire

Saturday, 5th April, 2014

The Silver City Young Guns are looking to boost their stocks ahead of the 2014 Outback Rugby League season.
The club is holding a registration day at Lamb Oval this morning for junior players.
Western New South Wales Game Development Officer Matt Kiddle said that all clubs in town were looking to build up stocks before the season kicks off in about a month’s time.
“We’re encouraging everyone to get out there ... it’s a great way to keep fit and make some mates in the process,” he said.
The club will be taking registrations in the Under 11 to 17 age groups.
Interested players will need a copy of their birth certificate to register.
The $60 sign up fee pays for rego, socks, and shorts.
There will be a sausage sizzle as well as National Rugby League giveaways.
