Networking opportunity

Saturday, 26th July, 2014

The Broken Hill Chamber of Commerce will launch its Business After Five Club at the Barrier Social Democratic Club on Friday August 8, 2014.

The After Five Club provides an opportunity for business operators to network, exchange ideas and develop alliances with other local operators.

The first event will be an opportunity for business advisors to meet with the region’s Small Biz Connect Advisor Fran Savage and learn how program can drive business success and increase economic sustainability in the region.

The Chamber was awarded the Small Biz Connect contract in July and has started to deliver services to new and existing businesses throughout the region.

Small Biz Connect provides business owners or people who are intending to start a business in the Broken Hill, Central Darling and Unincorporated regions of NSW access to:

* One-on-one expert advice
* Face-to-face advisory support
* Workshops
* Key business skills development
* Business facilitation
* Networking opportunities
* Referral to specialists

The event is free for members of the Chamber of Commerce and Small Biz Connect Clients and $10 for non-members.
