Rebels bikies facing charges

Three members of the Rebels outlaw motorcycle gang have been arrested by Broken Hill police and charged with intimidating a man at his home in Chapple Street.
The incident is alleged to have happened about 9.30am on Wednesday when three bikies, aged 23, 47, and 48, confronted the 39-year-old man while there were four children inside the home, police said yesterday.
They allegedly made threats to the man before leaving in a car.
He reported the matter police and, about 12.30pm that day, they pulled over a car in McCulloch Street and arrested the 48-yearold man.
They later arrested the 47-year-old man at a home in Argent Street.
The men were taken to the police station where their alleged 23-year-old accomplice arrived shortly after.
All three were charged with intimidation, knowingly participating in a criminal group, and trespassing.
The 48-year-old was also hit with four traffic infringement notices relating to his Nissan Patrol, police said.
The men were granted conditional bail to appear in the Local Court on October 28, 2014.
