West fine tune for final

With two wins from as many games in 20/20 cricket this season West go into today’s game against South at the Jubilee Oval looking to make it three wins from three outings and with the idea of using the game to fine tune their game for next weekend’s 20/20 final.
The West side’s form has been a little up and down in recent weeks but they look to carry too many guns for a South side that has struggled with the bat all season.
Henry and Everuss will need to do the bulk of the scoring with the bat for the Robins with good support to be provided by Jelbert and Rosewarne.
The South bowling attack has been steady all season with Hebbard and Boland unlikely to give away too many easy runs and Hall and Chadwick likely to provide useful backup.
Massaro could prove hard to get away with his ‘offies’ on a spin-friendly deck.
West will miss Paull Attard’s presence with the ball in this game as he has looked the best of the West bowlers in recent times.
Matt Handberg could again prove to be the destroyer for the Robins as he has an impressive record against South.
If South can find a way to get to triple figures they are in this contest.
Unfortunately, they have only been able to do this twice this season and the uncertainty of their batting line-up prevents one from being too optimistic of a favourable outcome for the Roos.
