Central to take on West

In the first game of the ANZAC Day double-header at the Jubilee Oval today Central take on West.
Both sides have yet to record a win this season and will be hungry to get their first victory of the year.
Last week West was held to just 1.2 against the reigning premiers South and struggled when going forward.
Central suffered a 91-point drubbing against North so today’s game will be an interesting one.
West will have the likes of Ben McInerney, Ty Andrews and Rylie McInnes rejoining the squad with Michael Shorrock, Callum Rosewarn, Lachlan Harvey and Simon Matten all sitting the clash.
The Robins will rely upon the attacking prowess of Brett Martin and Ty Andrews to score the majors with crumbers like Judd Carpenter and Clint Pearce set to gather at ground level.
Central have James Bressanelli, Digby Schinckel and Zayden White to combat West’s offence and rebound through midfield.
Moving up the ground, Central will have Sean Power, James McClure, Linden Cox and Daniel Milne as the pivotal ball movers. They will all need to remain clean and precise with the footy. Failure to do so will see the likes of Josh Sheargold, Lachlan Harvey, Heath Harris and Liam King gain possession of the footy for West.
Patrick Nash, Keta Balchin and Cohen Turner will lead the way in attack for the Magpies and will hope to get their side over the line.
This game will be a tight one and could well come down to final moments. Both sides sport respectable sides for the clash and are hungry for victory.
Expect the unexpected today when these teams do battle and, by unexpected, I mean you could be looking at a draw.
