Final doubles as fundraiser
Wednesday, 9th December, 2015
Cricket fans are encouraged to support their team and the victims of the South Australian bushfires at the 20/20 cricket final on December 19.
A bar and barbecue will be operating at the Jubilee Oval across two big matches.
A minor round watch between North and Central will be played as a curtain raiser to the main event.
League leaders Central will automatically progress to the grand final straight afterwards, however their opponents will be decided by results from the other match between West and South.
Big hits and aggressive play is almost guaranteed in the final as batsmen will be looking to take advantage of the Jube’s short boundaries and fine batting pitch.
Entry to the oval will be by gold coin donation, with all proceeds to go to the victims of the SA fires.
