The Lamb Oval hosts three games today in the Outback Rugby League. Parntu vs. Geebungs, Saints vs Eagles and United take on the Yabbies to finish off the day.

In game one, Parntu take on a Geebungs side that were handed a thrashing last week at the hands of the dominant Boomerangs.

Parntu are coming off a two week break, one through a forfeit and the following through a suspension pending the tribunal hearing, and will be rested and chomping at the bit to get stuck back into action.

As a result of the tribunal hearing held last Monday, which was brought about by their poor behaviour following their forfeit in round 6 against United, the Warriors are now on a two-week suspended sentence until the end of the season.

The Geebungs were undermanned last week and have shown their ability when they put on their best performance but a Warriors side that is sure to be fired up should be too good for them today.

Game 2 sees last start winners Saints face a Wedge-Tail Eagles outfit that gained an unexpected bye and full points last week due to the suspension of the Parntu team.

Joel Thompson has been a consistent contributor all season for the Saints, crossing for a try at least once in each of his five matches.

The Saints were terrific last week, belting their arch-rivals United 56-4 and now sit third on the ladder. Have to go with recent form which should see the Saints win two in a row.

Bringing the day to a close will be the Menindee Yabbies against Broken Hill United.

The Yabbies had the official bye last week while United were pumped by 52 points by the Saints.

Important clash for these two sides as they sit locked together on six points. United are tough prospects at home and should take the points here in a tight one.
